We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience in Hospital Information System (HIS) sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our HIS solutions to hospitals and healthcare institutions in and around Trivandrum. The role requires frequent travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
Promote and sell Hospital Information System (HIS) solutions to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (Hospital Administrators, IT Heads, Management).
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit periodic reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills
MBA (Marketing / Healthcare Management preferred) – Mandatory
1–3 years of proven experience in HIS / Healthcare IT sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Good understanding of hospital workflows and healthcare operations
Ability to build and manage client relationships
Target-driven with strong business acumen
Willingness to travel as required
Preferred Skills
Experience in selling software solutions to hospitals
Existing network within healthcare institutions in Kerala
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
